Clover Co. Cancellation Policy

At Clover Co., we understand that sometimes life happens and plans change. We strive to accommodate cancellations and changes when possible, while also ensuring fresh quality products and fairness to our suppliers.

  • Standard Flower Orders: Orders may be canceled at least 30 calendar days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date for a full refund. Unfortunately, orders within the 30 day time frame are non-refundable once placed due to the time-sensitive nature of sourcing flowers, preparation, and delivery.

  • Flower Club: Flower Club membership is a one-time fee of $120 for four bouquets and is non-refundable. Flower Club memberships cannot be refunded at any time, however, with prior notice and approval to Clover Co. (via email) you may use your Flower Club cancellation as a credit of a bouquet for a different date. For example, if you cannot pick up or receive your 4th Flower Club bouquet, you can reschedule to pick up/receive it at another date approved by Clover Co. Please note Clover Co. needs at least 7 business days of notice to reschedule your pick up/receive date to ensure quality flowers and freshness.

Flower Quality:

At Clover Co., we do everything possible to ensure fresh and quality flowers. However, it is imperative to provide proper care for flowers as they are delicate and perishable. The way you treat your flowers will impact how long they last! If you are not happy with the life of your flowers, please email clover.co363@gmail.com within 72 hours of your delivery/pickup date. Please provide a detailed description and photos of the florals. In the event that the customer has a valid floral issue, we will offer an equal exchange of the arrangement/bouquet, not a refund.

Basic Flower Care:

  • Clean vase and fresh water daily

  • No leaves or debris touching water

  • Cool location, out of direct sun

  • Re-trim stems every few days

Exceptions:

We reserve the right to modify or waive parts of this policy in special cases, such as:

  • Delivery issues caused by natural disasters or unforeseen emergencies

  • Major supplier or product availability disruptions
